This volume is the first of a series of studies of the inner life, the main purpose of which is twofold. The point of approach is from the side of practical experience, and the first object is the development of a practical method. But incidentally, it is hoped that the facts and values of this practical study may be of service to philosophy. In fact, the production of these volumes was begun with the conviction that philosophy and life may be brought nearer, that practical interests put new demands upon philosophy.

So, why a reprint of a book over 135 years old when there are so many reprints and new editions of the text? Excellent question and one I will endeavor to answer here. Since it is our goal to find and reprint spiritual classics on the verge of falling into the vast abyss, we came upon reference to this work while reading Lifting the Veil by Lillian Dewaters and The Sickle by William W. Walter.

In this new volume, Jeshua Ben Joseph, known to us as Jesus, speaks to us about manifesting Heaven on Earth, the Age of Enlightenment, prayer and meditation, ascension, the end times, etc. Inspirational and loving, the audiobook includes three beautiful meditations.

In this audiobook, there are messages from Jeshua, of course, but also a chapter by Mother Mary and two by Joseph/St. Germain. Jeshua begins this audiobook by reminding us of our ancient heritage as Essenes and then speaks about topics such as the grid of light, the various dimensions of consciousness, the new emerging consciousness, and our power as the future. He even talks about the year 2012.

The purpose of the first portion of this audiobook is to show, through actual true stories, how imagining creates reality. Science progresses by way of hypotheses tentatively tested and afterwards accepted or rejected according to the facts of experience. The claim that imagining creates reality needs no more consideration than is allowed by science. It proves itself in performance.

These essays are channeled messages to assist you in your ascension. The Ascended Masters, the Archangels, and all of the Highest Order of the Light have provided wisdom, practices, and processes to help you to grow in your awareness and understanding of the truths of God. You will be guided to release yourself from the confusion of the ego consciousness in order to ascend into the Golden Age.

Thomas Troward (1847-1916) was an English author whose works influenced the New Thought Movement and mystic Christianity. Troward was a divisional judge in British-administered India. His avocation was the study of comparative religion. After his retirement from the judiciary in 1896, Troward set out to apply logic and a judicial weighing of evidence in the study of matters of cause and effect.

Do not worry because you cannot follow the course exactly to the letter. Do what you can of it, adapt it to your life, and do the best you can in present circumstances. The principal thing is to get twice daily into what is called the Silence, to quieten the senses, and get in touch with the Unseen, i.e., God, Divine Mind, the Infinite, Principle of Good, First Cause, the Absolute, the name does not matter, they all mean the same.
