The arsenal of guns that I can summon has grown along with the number of my allies, and we have managed to outrun the pursuing mages for the time being. Unfortunately, to get away from them we had to go places they won’t: mutant infested wilderness, forgotten towns filled with strange religious cults, and even more dangerous locales. So we still have plenty of problems, but as I’m learning, there aren’t many problems that can survive a bullet to the head.

But as always, I’m one step ahead, and I have some surprises in store for both Shadow Knight and the bad guys that will change the power dynamic in Grayville forever.

A supervillain from the city of Grayville has made a big mistake: He stole from one of my companies. And maybe even give her an heir.

So, Evan must travel across Rahma to win back the lords’ loyalty to the king. And he’s more motivated than ever now, because he will soon become a father. But Evan quickly realizes the kingdom’s unrest is greater than he realized. Thankfully, he’s a Dragon Lord. And dragons always get what they want.
