Will Cannon took care of the outlaws in Chama, New Mexico, and established his businesses there, but now the Wolf Creek Pass gang is robbing and killing innocent folks in the small silver mining camp of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Will rides to Pagosa Springs to bring justice to the folks the outlaws harmed.

He enlists the help of two Arizona Rangers to rid the town of Spirit of the gang of murderous outlaws.

Several other elected officials such as the district attorney and the sheriff may also be working with the polecat outlaws. Will gets some help from some California state marshals and from a beautiful women as he tries to bring down the Wall Gang.

He finds a town full of scared people that has been overrun by a gang of outlaws and another outlaw boss running the lumber camps. This country is much too beautiful to hide such evil deeds, so Will sets out to make things right.

Allen and SAD operatives kill the Chinese agent in D.C., and Rawhide grants a sanction for the extermination of the Chinese Embassy official who ordered the killing of Allen’s family.
