Many of my friends who know me well and know some of my experiences insist I should write an autobiography because many people will find my stories fascinating. My life has been about my spiritual and paranormal explorations of the world and studies of our universe. These stories include a spirit attacking me, many prophecies of mine - some of which saved my life - a fight with a bear in the wilderness, and many other strange experiences, including a spiritual-enlightenment event and specific memories from before, during, and just after my birth.

In this book I present the listener with four sources of proof that aliens and UFOs have been on the Earth for not only thousands, but millions of years. The first source is about giants existing on this Earth not only thousands, but millions of years ago. It was before humanity existed. Giant footprints have been found in stone in many cases, which is strong evidence that alien giants existed back then, who walked the Earth. I hope you enjoy the evidence collected here, and if you are already knowledgeable about this subject, maybe you will find something new.

When I decided to write this book, I collected many disparate sources of anti-gravity research and the contributions of possible alien anti-gravity information. The stories of anti-gravity usage in flying craft goes back thousands of years to the stories of Vimanas from ancient Indian texts. There are also a number of aeronautical and space ships which have been built possibly using anti-gravity technologies. These crafts are listed and described here, too. Finding technological methods of defying gravity will have incredible implications for space travel.

This book covers the best evidence I can find on the reality of ghosts and spirits. In 1975, while in college, I had an adventure where I was attacked by some type of entity.It is not the focus of this book, but I do believe that entities can invade and take over people’s minds. These may be what the ancients called demons. In 1980, while on a trip to Israel, I also took a picture in front of the Holy Sepulcher Church which showed some type of entity or spirit very clearly. I’m also a Reiki healer and have experimented a lot with vital forces and different healing methods.
