Welcome to the haunted town of Justice where there is seemingly no justice for its citizens from the hands of a paranormal terror...

...as a ghostly woman in a flowing dress kills again and again, hitchhiking in cars and killing teenage lovers.

The city of Justice has had enough and they hire a paranormal investigator named Kostas Chrysikos with a unique Graflex camera to track this ghost down and put an end to her, for the cursed Graflex camera is able to imprison its ghostly victims within its celluloid photographs.

But Mr. Chrysikos will find that nabbing the deadly ghost will be as difficult as cuffing an apparition in shackles.

And at a jazz club, a man named Johannas Pascal dances with an elegant, breathtaking young woman to his utter delight.

She is the woman of his dreams and he hasn't been able to stop thinking about her. Pascal’s only problem is that he can't track her down again.

Armed with paranormal tools and modern technology to assist in his search, he stakes her out. Unbeknownst to each, Pascal's and Chrysikos' paths are set to collide in a riveting conflict as they search for their quarries.

Who is Pascal's mystery woman and will he re-unite with her?

Will Chrysikos succeed in his hunt to banish the ghost to a phantom hell within one of his camera's celluloid prisons? Not if Pascal has anything to say about it.
