Throughout my life, I have vacillated between non-stop scurrying and balanced living. Thankfully, sometimes I am graced with moments that renew my spirit, heal my distress, and offer the hope that gives me the courage to draw my next breath.

No matter one’s life stage, we all journey through life amidst daily events that bring stress, discouragement, and relationship issues.
