The Light Reapers

Under a shroud of darkness and maliciousness, a viral weapon was being produced by an alliance of terrorists bent on the destruction of their respective enemies. When double-crossed by an ISIS faction, the viral weapon is stolen and prematurely unleashed on the planet. Now facing a worldwide epidemic, The Light Reapers are deployed to rescue a scientist who may be able to develop an antidote. If that wasn't difficult enough, they also must track down the ISIS faction and eliminate them. All while battling hordes of the infected.

As the world succumbs to the chaos brought on by the infected, the Light Reapers are faced with a difficult decision which shifts their focus from saving the world to saving themselves. While continuing to battle the infected, the Reapers now face a new but familiar enemy who threatens to rip the team apart and destroy everything they have left.

After surviving an all-out assault on their very existence, the Light Reapers leave a destroyed and uninhabitable New Orleans behind. Taking the only option left to them, they set out to sea. The journey to find another way of life takes an ominous turn as the team is betrayed. In their attempt to escape, the team crosses paths with a decimated military unit that needs their help.

With the death of one of their own weighing on the Reaper’s minds, the harassment from Major Reece and his army of primals becomes more than Priest can take. His ambition to end Reece’s reign of terror begins to conflict with Webb’s focus on supporting Dr. Costa and the search for a cure. The indecision of what to do next leaves the two leaders divided. Not seeing eye to eye on what is important, the Light Reapers split into two factions: Team Webb continues the work with Sawyer to make progress on a cure. Team Priest believes no peace can be achieved until Reece and his army are destroyed.
