The Boxcar Children and their grandfather are going to New Orleans. The Aldens like exploring the city. Most of all, they like helping Grandfather's friend clean up her old, dusty bookstore. They discover lots of interesting things in the store, especially a beautiful set of fairy tales. But then mysterious things start to happen. One of the books in the set is missing! Someone is after something the Boxcar Children have. Will they be able to solve this new, exciting mystery?

The Boxcar Children are spending their vacation on a farm. They learn to do everything from milking cows and making homemade jam to raising a barn. Then one day they spot a beautiful horse locked up in a stable. Who is the mystery horse? And why is it hidden?

The Aldens visit Goldwin University, where Grandfather attended college. The old library is about to be torn down. But legend says the stone gargoyles guarding the roof of the old building will do anything to protect it - even fly. When the creatures begin appearing outside the windows, people are terrified. But the Boxcar Children think there is another reason the gargoyles are turning up in places they shouldn't. And they're determined to figure it out.

The Boxcar Children are going on vacation to Dragon's Mouth Cavern. The four Aldens like rock hunting in the area, until Benny finds a sinkhole that leads to the underground caves. While exploring the caves, they realize that someone doesn't want them there. But why?

Clayton Hollow does the best snowboarding tricks! But someone's playing a trick on him by stealing his snowboard. Can the Aldens help him?

When their friend Sam gets a letter full of riddles from an eccentric millionaire, the Aldens are eager to help him crack the code. If Sam can solve the puzzle, he will inherit the millionaire's money! But Sam isn't the only one in town to receive a letter - and whoever solves the mystery first will win the prize!

The Boxcar Children learn lots of interesting things about the Navajos - but best of all is a legend about an ancient Native American village that once existed nearby. Curious, the children begin digging there and uncover some valuable artifacts. But it seems someone wants the village to stay buried!

The Aldens are excited to visit their friend, Seymour Curtis, who lives on a farm that's rumored to be haunted! When they arrive, they learn that valuable antiques have gone missing. Is the thief someone who Seymour knows? Or is it a ghost seeking revenge? The Boxcar Children have another mystery to solve!

Cakes! Decorations! Party games and favors! The Alden children are having fun helping out at neighborhood birthday parties. But then a house is robbed - its hidden safe emptied - while Jessie, Henry, Benny, and Violet are downstairs entertaining. When a second safe is robbed during a party, the Boxcar Children decide to solve the mystery.

The lodge is having its annual winter carnival, and the Boxcar Children sign up to compete in events like skiing, skating, sledding, and building snow and ice sculptures. But no sooner has the competition begun than the children have a mystery to solve!

The Aldens have promised Grandfather a vacation from mysteries during their island visit. But the promise proves hard to keep when things start to go missing. Then an old fisherman tells Benny of the island’s ghost horse, and late that very night Benny sees a mysterious stallion galloping down the beach. Could the ghost horse have something to do with the disappearances?

The Aldens are helping their grandfather organize Greenfield's Winter Festival. When the Boxcar Children get a roll of photos developed, they find a secret message hidden in one of them. They are baffled, and things become even more mysterious when they realize that someone is trying to ruin the Winter Festival by tearing down the decorations and stealing a local statue! There must be a connection between the message and everything that is going wrong.

Kayla's the star soccer player in town, but someone is trying to ruin her chance to go to the big tournament in Brazil! Can the Boxcar Children help her in time?

The children are attending Camp Coral, where they learn about the ocean and all the things in it - coral, fish, dolphins, and other sea creatures. They find a beautiful hidden beach, but then learn that it holds a terrible secret. Once again, the Boxcar Children must come to the rescue!

The Boxcar Children have a chance to be in a real play - The Wizard of Oz! Jessie is chosen for the Cowardly Lion. Benny will play a munchkin. Even Watch has a part and all the Aldens are helping with the show. Then mysterious things begin to happen. Someone makes a threatening phone call and a costume is destroyed. Maybe the show won’t go on - unless the Boxcar Children can solve the mystery before opening night!

When the Aldens hear that Mr. Wood's cat Spotzie is missing, they immediately help out by putting up "LOST CAT" posters and going door-to-door with a photograph of the cat. But along the way, they meet some strange characters, receive frightening phone calls, and even find a cat that looks just like Spotzie - but is it? It seems that the more they search, the more mysterious the mystery becomes!

The Greenfield Museum is holding a special exhibit all about ancient Egypt, and the main attraction is a 4,000-year-old mummy! But ever since the mummy arrived, nothing's gone right for the museum or its workers. Could the spooky sarcophagus be behind all the bad luck?
