What’s Your Aspiration? is about the Dharma path identified by Shinran (1173-1263), a teacher of Japan’s Kamakura period. He would have us ask: “Can I know whether my spiritual aspiration is true-and-real? Have I realized the right starting point?” If I have not, then the subsequent steps will all be misdirected.
