Brett Blair had a mid-life thing happen to him at 45. Some people have mid-life crises. Others have mid-life tragedies. The problem: he was on autopilot. He didn't know what he didn't know, and was living a life according to other people's expectations. He wasn't living the life that was authentic for himself, and he had no idea.
