Why do we sabotage our own success so frequently? Trauma is the culprit in a nutshell. Trauma is an important part of our lives that is sometimes ignored. Trauma may be caused by a variety of factors, including alcohol and past hurts. The difference between recovery and emerging from the ashes as a more confident and strong individual and remaining trapped in the same old rut is how we deal with those issues.
