Church Leadership

Your opportunity to stay in ministry and be effective is in direct proportion to several significant attitudes and actions. I am sure this list is not exhaustive but does reflect what we have observed. In writing this book we are not setting ourselves up as any sort of experts in ministry. In fact quite the opposite. Much of what we share here are lessons we've learned from our own mistakes. After 40+ years of local ministry each, we wanted to reveal a few things that we have observed and experienced that have helped us and others to have any degree of effectiveness.

How do Christians account for the widespread presence of goodness in a fallen world? The church is supposed to be the spiritual hospital where anyone can attend and feel welcomed. It is the place where one should be able to get spiritually recharged after a rough week. The place where you can come and are able to freely worship as you desire.
