Ileria gehört ihnen, aber nur der Aufstieg eines neuen Drachenkaisers wird ausreichen, um es intakt zu halten. Nico muss die Gehörnte Krone suchen.

Nico hat sich Bedrohungen durch Menschen, Bedrohungen durch Drachen und Schrecken jenseits der physischen Welt gestellt, aber er ist es leid, nur zu reagieren. Nico mag es zwar, auf Goldhaufen herumzuliegen, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass er noch länger warten wird. Er will die Initiative ergreifen, was die Befreiung der versklavten Drachen und die Gründung der Schuppennation, eines Ortes für alle Drachen, einschließt.
