This is my personal story regarding symptoms, diagnosis and treatment for autoimmune hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Adrenal Fatigue and other metabolic-related conditions that developed co-morbid to my thyroid disease.
