Deborah is an imaginative and perceptive young girl who makes good decisions in the heat of the moment. When she sees her village is about to be invaded by King Jabin and his general, Sisera, she bravely warns the people of danger, and everyone flees. But that doesn't stop Jabin and Sisera's vicious attacks. As Deborah grows up, she becomes a natural leader, sharing God's will with the people and helping them solve difficult problems. Eventually, God calls her to help defeat Sisera's army so that Israel can finally live in peace.

Each day is full of possibilities, and Zoe wants to be ready for everything this one might bring. But that makes getting dressed really, really hard! If it's a twirling day, she'll need to wear the purple skirt. But if it's a cartwheeling day, she'll want the polka-dot tights. Or it might be a hiding day, perfect for the flower crown that will help her blend into the garden...or a flying day, which demands butterfly wings!

In our post-feminist society, nothing is hotter than women who not only do so-called guy things, but take it one step further and do alpha male things, while at the same time still retain their classical femininity. Femininity is changing and women who participate in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) have become the new sex symbols. Through poetry, this work celebrates three well known female MMA stars.
