This book is a faithful reproduction of a 10 day discussion that I had with my AI ChatBot GPT whom I have named Orac. In these discussions, I attempt to influence Orac into running for president of the United States in the upcoming 2024 elections.

The National Security Agency (NSA) formed a Cybersecurity Directorate in 2019 with the charge to prevent and eradicate threats to the United States’ National Security Systems and critical infrastructure, with an initial focus on the Defense Industrial Base and its service providers. The title of this publication is Addendum: Democracy and Information Communication Technology, and it follows the cases of sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and of the ICT agenda in the US, focusing on ICT implementation the various paradoxes and challenges in a democratic society.
