This book is written for those contemplating getting a solar panel system if they don't know enough about it yet. A good, basic understanding of what you need to know "before" diving into it is what you will learn in order to make an informed decision; especially if you are in the United States (or Canada).

After meeting with the highest levels of government in several developing nations plagued by corruption, I engaged in discussions focused on planning steps to bring corruption to its knees. After these discussions, I was asked to prepare a plan of action that had the possibility of being a valuable resource in helping developing and, so-called, “Third World Nations” as they continued to move forward in the struggle to take on this battle, and bring about a victorious end to the stronghold that corruption seemed to have in these governmental institutions.

After months of home improvements and new energy efficient equipment purchases, there is no significant reduction to the electricity bill that the utility company sends monthly. Which embarks the writer into a journey to discover how electric utility companies work and how their prices enslave the ratepayers in an endless cycle of dependency. No external entity controls the way energy providers bill you each month, even the government. Indeed, the utility company is just one middleman from a myriad that inflates the price of the energy before you purchase it.

In such a frenetic world, finding the time to organize your stuff often seems impossible. It's not really a priority. Yet it should be, because being organized will greatly improve your quality of life. If you're organized, you are always on time for appointments and prepared for meetings. It means you will remember special occasions and to set aside time for all your daily tasks. It means not wasting precious minutes searching for your car keys in the morning or finding your phone when it rings in the evening.

As we become more aware of critical issues that have an impact on our planet, such as global warming, the ozone layer, and the decline of the rain forest, many people are seeking more environmentally friendly ways of living. Homes, cars, food, and plastics are all things with which we can make positive contributions. There was little mischief a kid could get into within the borders of the Bayview Projects and get away with it. The entire community was one family. I must admit, being a “busy kid”, that was not always to my delight. Black, White, cops, storeowners; all worked in unison to keep the community speaking in one voice and with one purpose, which was taking care of one another. I am not sure what makes a community come together in that way, but the inhabitants of Bayview made it happen; whatever the recipe, whatever the balance, the coming together of Bayview was almost near perfection.
