Was sie für ein künstliches Objekt extraterrestrischen Ursprungs hält, wird von weiten Teilen der Wissenschaftswelt als Messfehler abgetan und die NASA scheut Ablenkungen von ihrem Artemis-Programm. Erst zwei Jahre später erhält Melody Besuch vom Secret Service. Das Objekt nähert sich Saturn und verhält sich eigenartig: Es wird langsamer.
