Subdivided into eight bite-size chapters on love, work, loss, family, spiritual meaning, the impact of technology, and the psychological friction of 21st-century living. The concept of this work was to create a book describing my former life in Brighton and the vibrant nature of the city itself, through a hundred short poetic sketches.
