I know what a true travesty of justice is - from personal experience. In March of 2003, while still struggling with an alcohol addiction, I was arrested for a DUI - and my life was turned completely upside down for the next two and half years. You'd have thought I'd committed murder. Before I continue, please allow me to let the listener of this story know that yes, I fully understand the possible consequences of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. But in my case, nobody was hurt. Except me, that is.

While this book may not handle every single possible scenario you may run across, I do have my finger on the pulse of the legal industry and what lawyers are challenged by every day. Take what you can from what I’ve learned and perfected on legal business development, marketing and networking to make it your own. My greatest hope is to hear from you someday that you did take action and that this book made the difference for you in your legal career.
