Going through a divorce is a difficult process, especially ones that involve children. It's hard to shake the loneliness and uncertainty about your future. In this book, you'll find a few nuggets of what I've learned about co-parenting, how I changed my thoughts, and how I grew through what therapist deem as the second most traumatic event next to death.
