Natural Child Birth

Going through my youngest daughter’s birth without the support of my spouse was a life changing and faith growing experience. I made changes to my birth plan to accommodate my change in location, having my young son in tow, and needing additional support for the labor and delivery. Having the support of midwives, the flexibility of birthing at a center, and the power of prayer made all the difference in my experience.

In this book, you will learn what a Midwife is, and what a Doula is - and more importantly, what they can do for you, how they can support you, and how to locate either or both to discuss your pursuit of a natural childbirth. You will learn what to expect from a Midwife or Doula during the prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum stages of your pregnancy. The reason I wrote this book was because I wanted to provide a way for pregnant individuals (or couples) who are considering natural childbirth options.
