Parenting Difficult Child

I know from experience that even with the most wholesome upbringing and respectable parenting, some kids insist on doing wrong, and are tempted to lie, steal, and cheat because of the way their brains are wired. There comes a time when you realize prayer may be the most powerful action left to take. You've done it all, but now it's time to give them the tools of prayer to overcome their weaknesses. This book takes specific Scriptures from the book of Proverbs, for each day of a month, and turns them into prayers, from either the child's or the parent's perspectives.

In this book, we will attempt to give you a foundation on bullying and how it pertains to today's way of life. We will also talk to you about ways as a parent that you can change your ways of thinking and how not to pass what we have learned as children onto our children.

Jack the husky dog and his friend Maria face losses together when Maria's father dies suddenly one summer. Maria is a young girl of 11 years of age dealing with one of life's most difficult challenges, the death of a parent. She goes from experiencing a normal childhood with a normally present mother and father to almost instantly having to accept and assume the role of a child being raised solely by her mother, now a single parent. Jack the husky dog serves as her friend and coach as she finds her way through the many stages of grieving.

Walter, Lucas, Joy, and Lily are best friends, and they help each other at every moment. They play together every Saturday afternoon. One day, Lily shows up in tears. Her dog, Chance, was sick, and he has passed away. Her friends help her to feel better by talking about Chance and celebrating his life. Though Lily is sad, she can get through it with the help of her friends.
