The United Kingdom is gripped by nationalism and soon terror will plague the streets. This story follows Lacole, a journalist who is imprisoned for her outspoken ways, and Harper, a soldier selected for the EE, a new regiment that is to act as the new government's bodyguard. Lacole escapes prison and Harper goes AWOL; in the storm their paths meet...together can they deliver the freedom a nation deserves?

Ten long years have passed since war first broke out, and one couple still does not know the whereabouts of their children, or what their country is even fighting for. They follow orders and their lives go by simply, routinely, until one day, mute boy walks onto their property. When the authorities announce that the area needs to be evacuated and that everyone must relocate to the transparent city, the three leave together.

To maintain order within the bunker communities, just the mention of wanting to go outside led to the expression of being careful about what you wish for!
