In The Bible, God uses many ordinary people to do extraordinary things. Moses didn’t think he was a leader when God chose him; people laughed at Noah for building that ark for so many years; Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers only to rise to second-in-command of all of Egypt.

I wrote this book to share the life experiences that God has divinely helped me out of. Some situations are humorous, and some are life-threatening. But God pulled me out and guided me through every circumstance. I want the listeners to be inspired by the overcoming of difficult situations.

Spiritual Growth: From Milk to Strong Meat creatively progresses from childhood to the senior life of the author. Chapters are enriched by hymn verses and inspired original poetry. The culmination of the journey is a prayer encouraging others to be blessed by the Christian life found only through salvation and Jesus Christ.

Apples of Gold is a collection of twenty eight poems meant to inspire and uplift, and offer encouragement for Christians. It is written with the spirit to edify and perfect the faith of those who have been walking with God for a while and those who are new to the faith. In addition, I hope this poetry speaks to others who have not initiated a relationship with the Lord. Just as my first two books, Words Fitly Spoken and Words Fitly Spoken Book Two spoke of God’s mighty power, his faithfulness and his tender loving care for us, Apples of Gold continues along the same vein.
