Whispers of Grace: A Devotional Poetry Journal is my sacred invitation to reflect, heal, and create. These poems were born from hospital rooms and family legacy, from divine encounters and quiet moments of surrender. They carry my journey of faith, resilience, and creative worship.

One of the most common reasons for today's diseases is that our energy gets clogged up in our body or the chakras are overactive. When they are overactive they take in more energy than the body needs and can process. These energy imbalances are also associated with a lack of energy that people experience in their lives, not just diseases. However, this does not mean that the energy block it, or the overflow of energy is the origin that caused the disease, because the reason for the energy imbalance is almost always directly connected to your emotions.

Butterflow will take you into the author’s experiences of dealing with emotional trauma and complex PTSD spanning 33 years. The author acquired complex PTSD when she was a young child, and because she wasn’t diagnosed her struggles continued into adulthood. At the age of 36, she discovered she had complex PTSD and began the journey of understanding and healing. The poems in this book are expressive and candid. Through the twists and turns she shares personal details of her experiences, emotions, and lessons learnt along the way.
