As I journey through life, I continue to observe how we treat life and how life, in return, treats us. I see the evil that people do to fellow human beings and their cruelty to animals. Much as I try, I cannot shut my eyes and ears to what people do. Even when I try to ignore these things, the vital sensory organs that connect my brain to the world will not cease to send signals to my brain. As my brain processes all the information that my eyes and ears send, it engages my heart and causes it not to rest.

Life has a strange way of hitting you from so many different directions, and everything we experience brings forth some sort of feeling. Some of us keep that feeling to ourselves, some of us express it out loud, and some of us write it down. As we go through our lives making decisions - acting upon our thoughts and feelings - we often wonder if someone else has been through the same thing and how they felt and what they did.
