My reason for writing this book of inspirational poetry, is in hope for people to be encouraged and to exalt the name of Jesus; that souls might be saved and people will know that God's word is the truth. The need for salvation paramounts everything else in this life, because Jesus is soon to come and judgement day is nearer than ever. It's time to repent.

These poems are a reflection of some of the thoughts that crossed my mind in my mid 30s. They changed as I was changing and growing. A poem about the cubist painter of the last Century (20th). He was a surrealist artist, and in his earlier works painted in the neoclassical. Born in Spain, he escaped Franco's regime by being in exile in France. Some of his cubist art may have been influenced by his knowledge of the atrocities committed during the Spanish Civil war, especially in his Masterpiece Guernica.
