My book, Space to Be: Discovering a Life of Peace in 5 Steps, is a compilation of my journey to peace and the lesson, tools, and resources I used to get there. Anxiety, worry, and disease had a grip on me for a long time...until a trip to the ER for a life-threatening situation opened my eyes. If I only understood I had a choice earlier, things would have been different.... And that's why I wrote this book! To ensure you understand that your inner peace in the midst of chaos is a choice!
