"The Impact of AI on Mental Health: Navigating the Digital Age for Teens, Adults, and Seniors" is a groundbreaking guide that tackles the urgent intersection of artificial intelligence and mental wellbeing. I am not a licensed therapist or clinical psychologist. I make that clear from the start. So why am I writing this book?
