Fishscales was written with the intent of bringing awareness to the brilliant mind-set of inner-city cocaine dealers in the United States. The purpose of this book is not for it to be used as a blueprint for perpetuating street crimes, but a plea to American politicians, policy makers, lobbyists, Congress people, senators, governors, and taxpayers to pay attention to the socioeconomic factors of the inner city that lead to a cocaine dealer’s state of mind.
