The focus of this course is to practice speaking conversational Turkish from the very first lesson. Each lesson contains useful everyday phrases related to a specific topic. In these lessons, you’ll be introduced to several “conversation connectors”. Phrases like “as a matter of fact”, “frankly speaking”, “as you already know”, and more.

Turkish mythology is comprised of myths and traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation by the Turkish people. Soon, you will be immersing yourself into their culture and traditions told in an almost poetic way. The Turkish people have a love for storytelling and are masters of it. This is the reason why they have such an interesting library of fairy tales.

This download provides the opportunity to hear and practise the language. The phrases are kept short and simple so that by listening two or three times, you can pick up the essentials of the Turkish language.

Turkish Phase 1, Unit 1 contains 30 minutes of spoken language practice, with an introductory conversation, and isolated vocabulary and structures.
