Berlin, Treptowers, BKA-Einheit "Extremdelikte": Ein Anruf reißt Rechtsmedizinerin Sabine Yao jäh aus ihrem Arbeitsalltag im Sektionssaal. Ihre seit Tagen verschollene Tante wurde im Umland von Kiel tot aufgefunden. Die Kollegen in der Kieler Rechtsmedizin, darunter auch Yaos ehemaliger Lebenspartner, gehen von einem unnatürlichen Tod aus. Yaos Chef, Professor Paul Herzfeld, führt einige Telefonate mit der Kieler Staatsanwaltschaft, um ihr sehr unbürokratisch Akteneinsicht in den Todesfall zu gewähren.

What begins as a bad date for Wendy turns into a nightmare for her brother-in-law and his girlfriend.
