no

not for me. I returned it. there are a couple of good suggestions about how to make small changes but nothing that an entire book has to explain. useless suggestions like when you want to have a cigarette grab some carrot sticks instead. too many suggestions based on the authors opinions about what bad habits are such as eating sugary sweets Etc " try dried fruit instead". I thought I was buying a book to get some theory about how the brain works and how to make small incremental changes. also I don't really think there's any room for books that talk about the wealthy 1% and the reason they're wealthy is because of their productive lifestyle habits, when really they're there because of their privilege. honestly just reading the title was enough information lol. try for Dopamine Nation instead.
