Annoying

Recycled generic information. I couldn't get past the first sentence. I wish I didn't waste my credit. Its just another book that talks at a person and has no substance. But again I couldn't get past the first sentence. I know my life is of my choosing. I like my life. PTSD Recovery by Jim D Johnston was more my speed.

What an Amazing book

I’m not sure how I came across this book, but what an amazing person who wrote it. Do Not miss the opportunity to read or listen to it. I Will be looking into his other works.
