Transformational!

Wendy gently guided me each day of this fast to loosen my grip on social media and cling to Christ instead. I found my devotion to doing this book wane over the course of the 40 days, but my resolve to lay down my scrolling habit remained. Each day of thr book gives the reader something to chew on, and some days I needed a few days to process the lesson. Several of my friends did this fast with the book at the same time as me. It was a great community experience.
