Touchdown ladies!!!

Well the amazing team of Max Monroe has done it again. serisouly this book was so funny that I had Pepsi come out of my nose while I was laughing. If you have fallen in love with the mavericks then this book is a no brainer. just buy it and start laughing.
well done ladies, I can't wait to read the next one, but please don't forget about the incredible bad boy billionaires series. I have been missing Thatcher, Cassie, Georgia, and big d··k Brooks, along with Wes the others.

The best in the series

Well narrated and a pleasure to listen too.

Leo Landry is the starting cornerback for the New York Mavericks and although I have no idea what that means it sounds interesting.

From the first page to the last I was invested in Leo and Gemma Holden‘s story. Full of humour, laugh out loud, (who am I kidding - snort worthy moments) and incredibly sexy this book will draw you in and you won’t want to put it down. I finished it in almost one go; I just kept saying, one more chapter until sadly it ended.

The banter and camaraderie in this book was outstanding, I felt myself smiling almost continuously and don’t get me started on Leo’s aunt who almost stole the book. What an amazing character Aunt Alma is and in fact I would so love a book based on her. (Hint Hint Max Monroe) .

It is true fate works in mysterious ways and when Leo and Gemma meet it is so outrageously funny that I couldn’t stop laughing.

I loved catching up with the “Maverick” family and their friends, to me it is like coming home.

Difficult to get into...

This was an ok story, maybe I was just expecting more but it was just kinda blase. The pace just plodded along even when the couple was at odds. Listed til the end but won’t listen to again.

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.

Hilarious

I haven't laughed this hard in this series, so to end it with this much laughter is Epic. Gemma and Nona are a riot. Leo's charm and undeniable infatuation with Gemma is heart warming and swoony. The Narrators were perfect for this series. The heat when they finally got together was worth the wait. Most of all Leo's faith, belief and will to encourage Gemma to fulfill her dream, despite the risks made the story that much more special and when she finally took the leap it was worth it. Great story and will reread this series again.

Wow...loved it

Omg....the close to the series was more awesome than I had hoped. The story so cute and encouraging. I think of how I need to let go of my fears for my dream to happen. Love is a powerful thing. OMG....the end made me so happy to hear about everyones relationships was beautiful. Alma is my fictional Nonna now...lol

What a Way To Meet... and Remember...

I laughed and I cried.
Such a beautiful love story.

It helps if you read books 1 & 2 first, since each of their main characters are in each additional story.

Leo and Gemma. Two people who are so much alike, yet so different.

Leo is a first year rookie player for the New York Mavericks. He has the love and support from his family who back up his love for football. And he's great at it.

Gemma is an almost graduate With a degree in Engineering from NYU... that is until she decided to drop out in her senior year because she doesn't want to follow in her father and grandfather's footsteps. Her love for music is something her family disagrees with, and they do not support her love of music.
So much that she's afraid to even go after that live.. until Leo pushes her to try... with terrible results.. until Leo listens to Cam's advice.

Nelson and Lidia give stellar performances. Ten stars for their narrative portrayal of another fantastic Max Monroe creation!!

I hope there will be another story added to their Mavericks repertoire... even if it's later than the rest of the series.
