:/ I did one chapter and won’t be doing more

This is not for anyone looking to get anything spiritual out of a yoga practice. No breath work or coaching within poses to speak of, and the voice is robotic (I thought it was computer generated but see that it is an actual person) There is zero flow between poses and the timing is weird; hold for five breaths is actually 7 or 8, then you jump from one pose to the next without allowing set up time.
Better than not doing a workout at all, but not a good yoga flow in my opinion.
