As one who loves sleep, these sleep facts were quite interesting and offered a nice short listen.

A must listen in the issue of sleep
Fairly common points but presented in such a manner that you pay better attention and are, therefore, more likely to employ the options offered .

Short and to the point
Didn't seem to push an agenda and did exactly what it said. Told the myth and what was wrong about it. As a night owl getting affirmation with the first myth debunked honestly was super appreciated. ADHD tends to come with sleep issues which has made me a more natural night owl and getting affirmations that a 10pm bedtime is just not natural for some people was a great feeling.
its short so I recommend to anyone who has considered downloading it.

Laughably offensive to put $5 price on 6 minutes
This should be a free online article, "6 things any reasonable person already assumes about sleep." They've priced this at nearly $1 per minute for what is actually a ~2 minute phone call with a sleep expert, padded by a non-expert repeating what is said in the expert's static phone voice. I'll summarize all 6 points for you: everyone's sleep needs are different, do what works for you, and don't use alcohol as a sleep aid. Saved you 6 minutes and $4.99, you're welcome. Amazon/Audible should disallow this kind of price on short, low effort content, but if I'm understanding the branding correctly they maybe even produced it? They're trial ballooning if they can get away with charging this much for so little and such weak content. Please don't help them get away with it. P.S. I listened to it all before posting this review, but only as part of a "100%-off for members" deal they're maybe doing to fish for reviews, if it had been $0.25 it still would have been too high a price for this quality and quantity of information.

Myth One Was Worth Hearing; Rest Ech
I was glad somebody stuck up for people with different body rhythms. I've been a night person since infancy, and some people throw shade at those who sleep late (a natural result of going to bed late)....
The rest of the myths were not memorable. I lit up over the name Arianna Huffington but this seemed mediocre.

Glad it was short.
It still was a waste of time. Absolutely nothing redeeming in this book. Amazon should be ashamed to highlight this as a free book without declaring that its also not worth anything.

Thanks Audible and Ms. Huffington
I have not listened yet, just downloaded everything in this Sleep series. But I appreciate it so much. I already struggled with sleep before the pandemic. Now, I have more trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. And I wake up with debilitating anxiety each morning. I look forward to using these resources, and I thank you.

an average overview of sleep.
This is a summary of well-known sleep myths most people already know. It did not contain any new information or interesting factoids! I'd recommend this book only if you are a total sleep novice.

OK content; Poor choice of reader
If only Arianna herself had been the narrator. The one on the recording is probably a journalist, whose ennunciation leaves something to be desired. This might be all right for a free newscast, but, not a commercial "audiobook." This belongs on a radio magazine or podcast.

Interesting Information
This helped me prove my point that my midday nap isn't taking away from my night of sleep, just because it has that affect on my partner.

too short
I wanted this to do more than very briefly explain the six myths. I was hoping for more science and details. the whole thing felt like a preview for a bigger book.
