Exploring Meditation

In this Audiobook, I try to apply some information and ideas by closing my eyes, and breathing in while saying "breathe in" in my head as I do. Then breathe out and say "Breathe out". From hearing the narrator I learned about the changes that occur in our brain during meditation and how those changes can help me better connect with myself and the world around me, We all have the superpower of being an empath or intuitive. I thank the author that I feel reminded that we all have the ability to know or understand things because we are all meant for peace. I enjoy the narrator's voice.
