Great quick mystery!
I really enjoyed this story- I think the main character Ally is super likeable, and I thought the setting of the murder mystery dinner was really cool. I also really like the narrator- she sounds like a young hip food-blogger and I enjoy listening to her. I really like this series because it feels much fresher and more modern than most cozy mysteries- and this one definitely didn't disappoint- I'm looking forward to the next one!

Good Series
A different twists, when Allie uses her power in words to help solve a murder. As a reviewer she was invited to a party which murder was not on the menu. Good series, and quirky characters. A delight to listen to the narration. Given audio for my voluntary review and

A Choice Cocktail of Death
The new relationship in this series is a little weird. It feels uncomfortable and suspect, but maybe that is me. Some of the friendship/relationships seem like they are are superficial but end up producing more information that you would share with a casual friend - I am trying to not be spoilery. I guess what I am saying is that it isn't entirely plausible, but enjoyable.
This is the same narrator. I like her for this series. She sounds young, and nice exactly as the character is described.
