Publisher's Summary

Two prominent families. A six-year rivalry. A common enemy.

In this season of giving, love is in the air for the Rose and Valentine families. Because of the addition of in-laws, they both are in pursuit of new land and developments to build lasting memories with the ones they hold dear.

So when they submit bids against one another, their rivalry heats to a level that will bring them to a head; until they both become outbid by a new competitor. On the heels of a love affair brewing, the need for a partnership arises that may shut down the foundation of their feud permanently, or possibly, extend it.

Can the families put aside their pride to reach their ultimate goal and mend fences? Or will their feud continue with no end in sight?

Contains mature themes.

need to have read the others

if you hadn't read the previous books, then you may feel all over the place. But since I had, loved it. So read the others first and you'll really enjoy this one.

Creative writing

I thought the author was very creative in the way she brought both families together. And also set up for the next story line with Bri and Raphael.

All OVER The Place

This book was all over the place. There were entirely TOO many subplots and just a hodgepodge of characters. It was like 5 separate short stories trying to merge together. I tried to hang in there because I really enjoyed book 1 and 3, and while book 2 wasn't my favorite it was much better than this. I requested a refund and just going on to book 5. Fingers crossed it is better than this mess! Also, while I typically enough Jakobi and Wesleigh's narration, Wesleigh sounds like she has a stuffy nose in this one. Stephanie Norris should have just skipped this one completely.

All over the place

This story is all over the place. I’m trying to read the whole series to see if it’ll all come together soon. I’m not understanding where they all tie in. It’s frustrating!

WOW!!! JUST, WOW!!!!

SNN has done it again! I am so amazed at how The Valentine family And the Rose family were pulled together so seamlessly in this story...I just love the way the women are portrayed to give support to their significant other in and outside of home plus hold their own in the business world! SNN, your stories are at the top of my list of "Must Listens!" Can't wait to move on to the next audio book in this series ❤❤❤

Cool story and good narration!

I enjoyed this book! It was really cool how SNN weaved so many storylines together in a relatively short novel and I loved that she brought the Valentines and Rose families together, too. The narration by #Weskobi - Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem - was wonderful, as always!

Great roundup of the Valentines and Roses

I thoroughly enjoyed this book - the first three novels in the series took a while to grow on me. Norris does a good job here of bringing the two dynamic families together in this Christmas story.

Wesleigh and Jakobi absolutely did their thing, and I swear listening to Jakobi voice a woman in labor just further solidifies why he is the GOAT. 😂👏🏽

Angel, Bella, Beauty... I love!

Angel, Bella, Beauty... all beautiful, black, and blessed women. I love the portrayal of black families, men and women revolving a number of themes addressed in this short book and entire the series. I love it. Jakobi has the voice of a god! I love Wesleigh too!

Stop!!! Read the first three books first

If you haven't read the first three books in this series you'll be very confused. The book also gives a bit of an update on Falling for a rose series. Anything with the two narrators is always a plus for me. Thanks for the foreshadowing Bre and Raphael's budding new romance. I love the entire series.
