This is a fun, entertaining read. Peter and Lenora are intriguing, strong, wounded, complex, interesting, complicated, entertaining characters. I enjoyed their romance and the path it took to get to their HEA. I enjoyed spending time with these two. The secondary characters added to the fabric of the story and my enjoyment.

I enjoyed the audio version of this book and the narrator.

If the narrator hadn’t tried to do such deep male voices, they would have had some inflection. Their constant flatness detracted from the story. The characters were in some places perhaps a bit foolish, however the premise of the story was interesting if slightly over the top.
