Felix and Lane are trying out their new normal. Normal means no more car chases, no more drug lords, and definitely no more kidnapping bad guys. All of that is a thing of the past in this new, normal(ish) life style filled with family get-togethers, torturous jogs through the park, and the occasional romp in the parking lot. Felix is done stealing (all but for the cat). He is actually enjoying the boring side of life, especially with Lane by his side doing what he does best: looking handsome. Unsure I would reread this again

The story was kinda out there. I loved the first book and will read the next. The story at the end was to far fetched.

I like fantasy, mystery, romance, unsure where to put this one.

Oh Felix

I’d been looking forward to seeing how Felix fits into his new life and I really loved the witty banter. However the whole mystery just didn’t work for me. I understand psychos and twisted plots but this just didn’t work no matter how the plot unfolded. Wonderful narration as always from JL.
