This book came at a pivotal time for me. Although it does focus on the women, I was still able to extract those essential oils and put them into practice. Special thanks to Jillian Michaels for featuring Dr. Shefali! This was great from start to finish.

I liked the. essays, however the overused the words quote unquote was super annoying, and wasn't used properly. It shifted my thinking further in this journey though and for that I am grateful.

It felt like this book was written on my life and my ups and downs.

I turned to listen to this book every time I was down in my life or faced any challenges.

I love how Dr. Shefali digs deep in every detail and guides step-by-step to understand everything so finely.

Everything that I have learned from this book I wish I knew 20 years ago, nonetheless I’m super excited to take everything I’ve learned and incorporate in my life now.

Dr. Shefali came in my life like a blessing from God and I’m truly grateful.

I feel like I have a new birth again and I can choose freely to live my life without any pre conditioning from society and our false cultural system.

Dr. Shefali I would love to meet you someday in person so I can thank you in person for a radically awakening me.

I highly recommend this book to men and women of all ages and backgrounds. I would not go another day without reading it.

Once I started reading this book I could not read anything else or turn to anything else as this was the only book that went into so much details and depth and it resonated the most to my life’s circumstances.

I first heard an excerpt of this book on one of my favourite podcasts. I had to check out this book as I've come across it before but thought, yeah right, more unhelpful stuff. I was completely wrong. It's changed me completely.

I've never felt more empowered to stand up for myself and encourage others to do the same. It's freed me. When the time comes, my daughters will be encouraged to listen/read this book. Thank you, Dr. Shefali for bringing and encouraging such a powerful change to my life.

A Radical Awakening shook me to my core it is my Best Book of 2021! This book is an authentic & genuine look at how we as a society, by culture, have oppressed specific humans for showing up in their natural state. It woke me up and has helped me in my journey back to myself. I wrestled with the notion of confronting some of the information that Dr. Shefali presented to me. I found myself excited and had many mixed emotions. On my second read of the book I pushed out my chest with confidence applauding my courage to let go of the patterns that I have clung to for decades. I had "Ah Ha" moments when she talked about cultural norms that aligned with the things that were passed down to me from generations before.

I have bought several copies of the book and audiobook for the women that I love and will strongly continue to encourage all that are ready to take this journey and are open to become Radically Awakened.

This book contributes to this is a significant way as it simplifies the process by assisting us to truly see ourselves and the myths/beliefs that we live by.
