History with romance and intrigue.

This audiobook is narrated by the author who happens to have the most incredible voice and accent. He beautifully captures the nuance of the stories time and setting. It is a historical novel that has both drama and romance.
Although I wanted to to finish listening to the book, at the same time I did not want it to end. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I would highly recommend it.
