I have been following Tony on IG for about a year. I used one of his coaches to help me deal with a difficult break up. I was so happy with the coaching results I thought I’d read the book.

I’m 31 and never really knew what a healthy relationship looks like. This book lays out simple principles to have a healthy and caring relationship. They really look at owning your worth and standing up for yourself. The book is in easy language to understand and provides both a male and female perspective which I loved.

Loved the book! I will read it again. I feel I have a more solid understanding of what it takes to be in a healthy relationship.
