You see, conquering ADHD doesn’t have to be difficult. Even if you’ve tried solutions that didn't work. In fact, it’s easier than you think.
A report in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry demonstrated that, "A subgroup of children and adolescents with ADHD, characterized by inattention and associated neurodevelopmental disorders, treated with this treatment for six months responded with meaningful reduction of ADHD symptoms.”
And another study by the Journal of Child and Family Studies stated that, "Children’s ADHD symptoms, as rated by parents, significantly reduced after the training (medium to large effect sizes). Third, parents’ own inattention and hyperactivity symptoms significantly reduced (small effect sizes). These reductions of parent-rated ADHD symptoms of children and parents own ADHD symptoms were maintained at follow-up."

Solutions are backed by scientific studies,Highly
I have friend who has ADHD and this was a great listen. The narrator had a very lovely voice and unlike other reviews here, I did not notice any problems. The section on how to manage ADHD without the use of drugs was quite useful since we believe in using drugs to a minimum if possible; and, I liked how the author made sure to back up everything with scientific case studies and experiments. The audiobook delivers on what it advertises and I highly recommend it.

Good information on ADHD not very in-depth
The book is a good listen for those looking for a basic introduction to ADHD and the number of conventional and unconventional treatments, it however does not go into a lot of depth on the scientific explanation, though does give basic and brief on how it works. Performance was not very good, lots of the audio repeats itself and a few cut offs.

Very informative book.
I have a friend who has a child with ADHD and so I wanted to learn more about it so that I could be aware of the child's behavior and if I need to worry about anything. I also do not have a lot of time to just sit down and read so having an audio version of a book is fantastic so that I can learn while I am doing other activities. Would highly recommend if you wish to learn more about this topic.
