I've been familiar with Christine Hammond's work for a while and I find her approach to be clear, comprehensive, inclusive and helpful. This book sums it up! With details and examples, as well as compelling stories (including her own), she gives tools to learn how to detect abuses, hidden abuses, disguised abuses... and how to protect oneself from them.
Spoiler: you may find out about abuses you never even thought were abusive!
