great content, horrific narration
So glad this book is available in audiobook and I recommend it. Content is super! I will say the narration is absolutely insane. I have no clue how this got made with this style of narration. Again, happy to have it as an audiobook but recommend turning up the speed to 1.35x just to get through it and that speed makes it sound a bit better.

CFRE primary resource
This is the primary resource for CFRE preparation. I found it helpful to accompany the physical book while I studied. The narrator speaks slowly so I listened at 1.25 speed.

Wow, what an annoying voice.
I was hoping to enjoy a lecture-like experience by listening to this book instead of reading it, but yikes, Chris Sorensen's voice is so nasal and whiny. I can't imagine listening to 24 hours of him. Really disappointed that I wasted a purchase on this audible.

An Essential for Fundraising Professionals
As an emerging Philanthropy Manager, I can say this book was an absolute must in establishing a broad and solid foundation in the subject. I am sure more advanced development leaders will also learn considerably since the book contains valuable info on fundraising's many angles.
